We are a mission-driven, youth-based movement, deeply convicted that our highest purpose is to point every soul to Jesus Christ, the Fountain of Living Waters. Our roots trace back over 14 years to a burden for the spiritual well-being of students at Alliance High School, a desire to ensure no one felt lost in their faith journey. That spark ignited a flame that now burns brightly across Kenya, compelling us to reach the unreached and revive the sleeping reached. Our Mission: More Than Just Words, It’s Action From the very beginning, FoC was destined for impact. What began as informal visits to schools quickly formalized into a strategic, organized ministry. Our name, “Fountains of Christ,” isn’t just a label; it’s a living declaration of our source and our purpose. We believe that faith without works is dead, and the urgency of our prophetic times demands active, passionate engagement. This is why our annual FoC Missions are the heartbeat of our ministry. Since our first mission in 2013 to Rongo, we’ve completed eleven transformative campaigns, each a testament to God’s power working through dedicated youth. Think of the joy of establishing Abimbo SDA Church in Bondo in 2018, or planting another vibrant congregation in Masinga during our 2016 mission. These aren’t just statistics; they are communities brought into the light, souls finding hope, and living testaments to the power of the gospel in action. Why the Youth? Because the Time is Now! “The Lord has appointed the youth to be His helping hand.” (Testimonies Vol. 1 p. 64) This profound statement resonates deeply with every FoC member. We are students, young professionals, and growing families, united by a singular purpose: to be active participants in God’s end-time movement. Our mission extends beyond rural evangelism. We minister in high schools, universities, and colleges, nurturing the next generation of leaders and soul-winners. We embrace digital evangelism, knowing that new methods are vital to reaching today’s youth where they are – on TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify. Our Fountain Magazine chronicles the testimonies of transformation, and our FoC Choir lifts hearts heavenward. Partners in the Harvest We are not alone in this grand endeavor. We deeply value our partnership with Newlife SDA Church, our spiritual home and constant supporter. This collaboration strengthens our ability to function effectively within the organized body of Christ, amplifying our reach in school chaplaincy programs and community initiatives. We also join hands with other ministries like AMEN for medical missionary work, and churches like Flyover SDA for combined mission efforts. Our vision is clear: to prepare a people “to stand in the sight of a holy God without a mediator” (GC 425.1), with characters refined and lives fully aligned with God’s purposes. For over 14 years, FoC Ministry has been a vibrant, youth-led movement dedicated to sharing this life-changing truth. What started as a small group of Alliance High School alumni, eager to support their SDA community and bridge the tricky transition from high school to campus life, has blossomed into a powerful force for evangelism and discipleship across Kenya. From a Seed to a Spreading River Our journey began with a simple desire: to give back. Recognizing the challenges young people faced in maintaining their faith, we started visiting schools, offering encouragement, nurturing spiritual growth, and building a supportive community. This “good seed” quickly germinated, spreading from Alliance High to other institutions like Alliance Girls, Pangani, and Nairobi School. As our impact grew, so did our vision. We formalized our efforts, choosing the name “Fountains of Christ Ministry” – a name that perfectly encapsulates our mission to direct everyone to the inexhaustible source of life and light. More Than Just a Ministry: A Family on Mission Today, FoC is a diverse family spanning youth, campus students, young professionals. Together, we are “co-workers with God” (1 Corinthians 3:9), actively engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission. What Does FoC Do? We’re Glad You Asked! Our ministry is characterized by a dynamic blend of outreach and inreach, all rooted in biblical truth and a burning desire to hasten our Father’s soon return. Evangelistic Campaigns (FoC Missions): Every year, we venture into unreached and under-reached areas, sounding the “loud cry.” Our hearts beat for souls, and we’ve witnessed incredible miracles, like the planting of Abimbo SDA Church in Bondo (2018) and another vibrant church in Masinga (2016).  School Ministry & Mentorship: We actively minister in high schools like Segero, St. Hannah’s, Maranda, and Buruburu, providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and a safe space for young Adventists to grow. Community Outreach: From Matatu ministry and hospital visits to literature evangelism and medical camps (in partnership with AMEN Ministry), we seek to meet practical needs while sharing the gospel. Digital Evangelism: Recognizing the “necessities of the time” (Ellen G. White, Evangelism, p. 70), we leverage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (@focministry), TikTok, and even Spotify (featuring the inspiring FoC Choir!) to spread the message far and wide. Inreach & Nurturing: We believe in nurturing our own! Through regular in-reach sessions, a supportive welfare committee, and spiritual nourishment via digital channels, we ensure our members are grounded, connected, and growing. Our Unwavering Foundation At our core, Fountains of Christ Ministry stands firmly on the 28 Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Our inspiration flows from: Psalm 36:9: “For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.” John 4:13–14: Jesus’ promise of living water that quenches eternal thirst.
