Leadership and structure
Fountains of Christ Ministry operates under a well-defined and accountable leadership structure that supports effective ministry, growth, and continuity.
Executive Committee
The ministry is guided by an Executive Committee that provides overall spiritual direction, strategic leadership, and oversight of all programs and activities. The committee ensures alignment with Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, coordinates national missions and events, and supports regional chapters.
Chapter System
FoC is organized into regional chapters, which form the ministry’s grassroots leadership and operational units. Each chapter is led by an elected Chapter Representative and is responsible for coordinating local in-reach and outreach activities, mentoring members, and mobilizing participation in ministry programs.
This structure enables FoC to remain mission-focused, youth-driven, and effectively connected at both national and local levels.
